Arbor House

The goal of this project was to create a visitor’s center for the iconic Miami Marine Stadium. Along with my partners Mariana Fleites and Connor Stevens, we developed a watchtower nestled into the dense forest at the end of the basin. Where the Marine Stadium is an ode to the ocean’s waves, mimicking them with its origami roof, our building is an ode to the hardwood hammock, with entirely wood construction.
